501(c) Services is teaming up with Hollaback! to provide our customers with compliant anti-harassment and bystander intervention training for the states of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, New York; as well as New York City.

The training fulfills an employer's mandated requirement (for staff and supervisors) to provide such training in those jurisdictions. We are offering training on two separate dates. Each session is two hours long and a nominal fee of $7 per participating employee will be charged to your organization.

The training is designed to provide your staff with a robust, interactive sexual harassment training that is compliant with many local laws from across the country. The training will define harassment, offer resources in the event that sexual harassment occurs on your team, and teaches your team how proven bystander intervention methodology can help them intervene when they witness harassment or inappropriate workplace behavior. We’ll also ensure that your team understands complaint filing and retaliation.
